OUR GALLERY
The photos on this page represent a small percentage of the work New England Tree and Landscape has completed over the past three and a half decades, but they give you a clear look at the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that go into every project we take on.
Whether it is a full landscape design and installation for a waterfront property on Sconticut Neck, a paver patio build for a homeowner on Main Street in Mattapoisett, or weekly lawn care at a commercial property in New Bedford, the standard is the same. We do the work right, and we do it ourselves.
Property owners across Fairhaven, Mattapoisett, Marion, Acushnet, Dartmouth, Rochester, and New Bedford have trusted our team with their homes and businesses because we bring the same level of care to small jobs that we bring to a complete landscape transformation.
That consistency is what separates us from companies that cut corners when nobody is watching. Every project in this gallery was completed by our crew, working out of our Huttleston Avenue location in Fairhaven, and every one of them reflects the pride we take in doing the job right the first time.
Landscape Design
Our gallery includes several complete landscape design projects that show what happens when a property is planned and built by one team from start to finish. Landscape design is the foundation of everything we do. When we work with a homeowner in Marion near Front Street or a property owner along Elm Street in Dartmouth, we evaluate the entire site before anything gets installed. That means looking at slope, drainage, soil conditions, sun exposure, and how the finished space needs to function for the people using it.
You will see properties where we handled grading and drainage planning, designed and installed patios and walkways, selected and planted trees and shrubs suited for coastal Massachusetts conditions, and finished the project with lawn installation and fresh mulch.
These are not quick cosmetic fixes. These are engineered outdoor spaces designed to hold up through freeze-thaw cycles, nor'easters, and decades of use.
Several of the design projects shown were completed for homeowners along Sconticut Neck Road and in the West Island area of Fairhaven, where coastal exposure, sandy soils, and salt spray create conditions that demand careful plant selection and proper drainage.
We have also completed large-scale landscape designs in Mattapoisett along Water Street and Route 6, and on private roads in Rochester, where wooded lots require clearing, grading, and complete site development before any landscape features can go in.
In communities like the Mattapoisett Bay Club, we have completed countless hardscaping and landscape design projects over the years on high-value properties. Many of these homes are valued well over one million dollars, and the homeowners expect the work to be clean, correct, and built to last. That level of repeat business and trust only happens when the results consistently meet a higher standard.
Landscaping
Our landscaping gallery covers both installation work and the ongoing maintenance that keeps properties looking right long after the initial project is finished. You will see paver patios, natural stone walkways, granite steps, retaining walls, cobblestone aprons, and full property grading alongside photos of spring and fall cleanups, mulch refreshes, tree and shrub pruning, bed edging, and storm debris removal. Landscaping is not just about building something new. It is about maintaining what is already in place so properties stay functional and well-kept year after year.
In New Bedford, we have completed commercial landscaping along Route 6 and Hathaway Road, where properties face heavier foot and vehicle traffic, and hardscaping needs to be built to handle that demand. In Acushnet, we have worked on residential properties along Main Street and Middle Road where homeowners invested in full front-yard landscaping upgrades, including new walkways, planting beds, and lawn installations.
Our gallery also shows examples of the maintenance side of landscaping that many companies overlook or rush through. Spring cleanups that clear winter debris and get properties ready for the growing season. Fall cleanups after leaf drop prevent matted leaves from smothering turf and beds. Tree and shrub pruning that keeps plants healthy, shaped properly, and clear of structures. Mulch installations done at proper depth with clean bed edging. Mosquito control treatments that make outdoor spaces usable during summer. Storm debris cleanup after nor'easters and heavy wind events that bring down branches and scatter material across properties.
Brush clearing and site preparation also appear throughout the gallery. Before we install a single paver or plant a single shrub, the site has to be properly cleared and graded. Overgrown lots, invasive vegetation, and neglected properties all require clearing before any real landscaping work can begin. We handle all of that in-house, which means no delays are waiting on subcontractors and no miscommunication between crews.
Lawn Care
Our lawn care pictures feature residential and commercial properties that we maintain on a weekly and seasonal basis throughout Fairhaven, Mattapoisett, Marion, Dartmouth, Acushnet, Rochester, and New Bedford. These photos show what consistent, professional lawn care looks like when it is done by a team that understands the turf conditions specific to southeastern Massachusetts.
Several of the lawns shown in the gallery belong to properties where we also completed the original landscape design and installation, so the turf was established properly from the start with the right seed mix, soil preparation, and grading.
Our lawn care services go well beyond mowing. The gallery includes results from fertilization programs, aeration and overseeding, weed control treatments, and lawn disease management. Coastal properties along Mattapoisett Neck and in the Nasketucket Bay area often face unique turf challenges, including salt exposure, sandy soil, and drainage issues, and the results in our gallery show how proper care overcomes those conditions.
Snow Removal
Winter does not stop the work, and our snow removal gallery shows the plowing, shoveling, snow blowing, and de-icing services we provide for commercial and residential properties across the South Coast. You will see photos from parking lot plowing at commercial properties in New Bedford and Dartmouth, along with residential driveways and walkways in Fairhaven and surrounding towns.
Our snow removal clients trust us because we respond during the storm, not after it. That means parking lots stay accessible, walkways stay clear, and businesses stay open. The same attention to detail we bring to landscape construction carries over into winter operations. A plowed lot that has not been properly de-iced is still a liability, and we handle the full scope of winter property maintenance to keep sites safe.
